WHAT HAPPENED?
The Germany international has signed with the north London club from RB Leipzig on a short-term loan deal after their official announcement on Tuesday. The move means Werner returns to the Premier League just a season-and-a-half after leaving Chelsea, who he helped win the Champions League in 2021. The transfer includes an option to buy at the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
